As we pensively think of business ways, I have 5 tips that will totally improve your cash infusions. There are so many ways to do this, however, with this method you can literally start instantly in no time. This is so easy that every health and wellness practitioner can do it.
In this episode, I elaborated 5 quick cash infusions for you to follow. Primarily, by reaching to your list with a short email, followed by doing combos for your products and services. Furthermore, doing flash sales and launchings are the tips that I explained in this episode. I hope that these will work for you perfectly.

Guys, it’s Andrea here thank you so much for listening in as always. Now here’s what I’ve been seeing as I’ve scrolled through social media or listen to people’s messages or watch other people’s posts. Let me know if I’m wrong, but I have been feeling that a lot of you are looking for a way to either free up your time or bringing in your cash flow. And I’m seeing this everywhere, I think this is the reason why programs and creating group programs, or creating some form of a quote on quote passive income. Or something that you can do other than what you’ve been trained to do as a practitioner. What we have been engrained to do, the little box that we live in, we are wanting to now break free. I really do believe that everything that’s happened in the past year has awakened people to a different way of practicing, different opportunities, that they want more time at home. Now there’s no such thing as free time, meaning you always have to sacrifice something else for that time. Usually, it’s money, but for those that are living in that maximized practitioner CEO role. They are totally fine with paying or giving up something in order to get more time back.
So I came up with 5 of my favorite tips that I love to do within my own practice and 5 things that you could absolutely do to start bringing in a bit of that cash flow now. So that you can use that cash flow to either rebuild or fix some areas of your business that are broken to hopefully reignite your confidence in yourself in your business skills. And then use that extra revenue that you bring in to find ways to delegate out your tasks, your to-do list. Maybe it’s invested in coaching, but whatever the case is; use these five tips and get the results that I know you’re going to get from them. And I would love to hear from you what those results are. Then I want you to use this revenue to give you that time freedom back. There’s nothing that matters more to me, and that’s exactly why we created the elite-level membership. So that we get the things done for you. Because the biggest complaint, the biggest concern, the biggest blocker the biggest obstacle that I hear from all of your health and wellness practitioners is you don’t have the time to do the things that you want to. That you have these projects or ideas or these things can constantly looming over your head. Let alone when you have a family at home. When you have kids that you are trying to connect with and raise. When you have a partner or spouse that you are trying to be present with. It’s really hard to have it all.
So that’s why I came over these 5 quick cash infusions that we’ve done. This is not coming from just knowledge, this is what we implement. And we usually implement at least one if not all of these things every quarter and it always works. So here we go. One is to reach out to your list with a nine-word email; this is something that comes from Dan Kennedy so I’m not going to take any credit. It’s not my idea, Dan Kennedy loves this and I use this every single month. And this is basically hard and it’s really difficult when you’re writing it because we want to write a lot more than 9 words, but this is how it’s going to go. If in your subject line, you’re going to put something like ‘hey’ or ‘how are you. Nothing more than 3 words long or the subject is 1-3 words. The reason why is because more people are going to open emails if it looks more personal if it looks like a friend sent it. And when we email our friends and family, we don’t write like ‘hey, here are 5 tips of how you’re doing X, Y or Z wrong’. We usually say ‘hey’ or ‘what do you think about this or something like that. So you want to keep it 1-3 words long in the subject line.
And then number 2 in the body, it should be no more than 9 words. So this could be something like ‘hey, comma, I was wondering if you still need help with X’; which might be like 10 words. Or you could put ‘hey (name)’ comma, next line ‘do you still need help?’ or whatever you want to do. And the shorter you can keep it the better response that you will get. So there are a few reasons why this works. Number one is the email is very non-threatening, I would remove all of the brandings from this, make it look like you just wrote it from your regular old email account. You can still do it through your CRM, but take away the headers, take away the signatures even sign it. I usually sign my name a period, so it looks very personal not business or professional. So it’s going to work that way because people are going to be a little less. Their back isn’t going to be up because you’re selling something, they’re going to be ‘ok cool, she’s just saying.’ The other thing is because now you’re asking them to respond or the inclination they will have is to respond to you. So when you get more responses on your emails, your CRM rewards you for that. It makes you seem like your emails are less spammy, that people are actually engaging. It’s going to reignite that communication that you have with those people, and this is something I would encourage you to any patients or clients you haven’t spoken to in 3, 6, 9 months, or more. It’s really quick, there’s no follow-up required, and you can send it out in a mass BCC email if you want to. Just make sure it doesn’t have anybody’s name in it. But that is a great way to reignite old patients of clients, and usually, start opening up a conversation. So that’s number 1, reach out to your list with a 9-word email.
Number 2 is more about dispensary or product, do not necessarily do people need your services right now, but they are always looking for product. They’re always looking for supplements, they’re looking for books, they’re looking for meal plans, they’re looking recipe books, and they’re looking for jade rollers. They’re looking for all these other things. And so if you could even come up with a combo product like during cold and flu season. It’s a great idea to create combo products of your favorite cold and flu supplements. During or if you specialize in hormones, we’ve put together a stress bundle for digestion, we’ve put together a digestion bundle. So this where you can sell more products to get them off your shelf faster and everyone loves a bundle deal. Everyone loves a combo because they feel like they’ve gotten everything they need plus, you should offer it at a bit lower discount than what you normally do. Even with our 7-day detox, we have the 7-day detox bundle which is our powder plus castor oil, plus flannel, plus 2 meal plans. And people really like that, because they feel like they’re getting an old a lot more than just the one item. And this is something that you want to be displayed at your Brick and Mortar somewhere on the shelves where people can see it. Even if it’s just like a poster, but with a full script, if you’re using an online dispensary you can 100% put together protocols and this is where we have our bundles is a stress protocol, a digestion protocol, an immune protocol. And you can always filter people to those packages. So that’s number 2 is combo your products.
Number 3 is to combo your services or offer a new bundle of services that you have. So this could be acupuncture, cupping, this could be a service you have that doesn’t require you to show up. We have our infrared sauna in our office, so we always offer bundles with our sauna and those sell all the time. It could be maybe with every initial, they also get X, Y, or Z. I’ve seen a lot of our MPP members do things like with every acupuncture session you get a free jade roller. With every 30 min visit, you book this month you get 2 meal plans. Combo or bundle things whatever you want to. My recommendation is to make that you are bundling it with something that doesn’t require a lot more of your time but still provides people that kind of value. We have t-shirts that we made, I have the e-book that I have, and you could give those away for a particular amount of time. This brings me to a bit of asterisk for this whole conversation. For combo your products, combo your services, and my next one about flash sales you do want to make sure there’s some sort of urgency to all these things. So it could be the whole month, it could be the whole week, it could be 48 hours. The more urgency you put on these little promos the better the results you’re going to have. Because people don’t have time to hem and haw, they know it’s not going to be available forever. They are more likely to make a decision, so we always want to be giving people either there’s a number of thoughts or there’s a certain amount of time or something along those lines. You don’t want to just put it out there and have people just hopefully do it on evergreen, urgency always provides you with a faster quicker cash infusion.
So we’ve talked about 1; reach out to your list with a 9-word email, 2 is combo your products; sell them as a bundle especially seasonally great idea. 3 combo some services, so add in some extra bonuses, make your visits may be smaller but package them and offer that as a promotion. Add in something free, add in even like a $5 gift card or something. Whatever you want to do, gift cards work so beautifully. So this brings me to number 4, which is flash sales. We host a flash sale probably once a quarter where we will do 10-15% offer inventory. And you can do this in the office or in your online dispensary, which most likely is a full script or something along those lines and we only offer it for 2 max four days. It’s only online, but of course, if a patient is in the office we will give them a discount there. But we do encourage everybody to shop online for all these things, we have an online store. If you don’t have an online store, just keep it simple in-house. But on those particular days, you won’t have posters up everywhere, you want to email at your list, you want to put it on social media that these things are on discount. So the top discounts that we sell is our services like our infrared sauna. People love it when the supplements are 15% off including our bundles, and they also love our meal plans. So we use that clean life, and we will post all of our premade meal plans on our store and people love that. And they also love meal plan bundles too where they feel like they’re getting more than one for a particular health ailment or something along those lines. So we have like an anti-inflammatory, we have a gut one, we have a hormone one, we have a pregnancy one, and there’s just a bundle of meal plans bundles together. So flash sales are fantastic, and typically what we do in that time is we’ll sell out the night before and email out that day. And then email out maybe in the middle, depending on how many days you’re running it but definitely 1 or 2 on the last day. And you will always find with all of these promos I’m talking about wherever the last day is, that where you’re going to get the most conversions. But you have to put the effort in to remind people and not just assume or expect them to take action. You do have to constantly be reminding people, and just think about yourself when there’s some sort of emotion or something. You’ll be like ‘yeah I really want to do it and then life happens and you forget and then they sent out the final email and you are like ‘oh right I got to get things done.’ And you get it done. So your patients or clients are no different than you so we need to give them that kind of reminder.
And then finally, this is coming from full circle to what I talked about at the very beginning. Which is about creating or offering some low-cost offer. A lot of you are wanting to create some sort of digital product or course or something like that and while the goal might be to have themselves for a couple of grand. We still need to get people in the door. We still need to get people used to you doing now perhaps a digital offer or a new program and so this is where with our elite level members and inside our program we offer the beta launch course, mini-course essentially. And it works every single time like every time we’ve done it. We’ve always made about 2-4 grand with ourselves and with our elite members. And it’s always been a new program with a low entry offer and we call them beta members because they’re testers. This is your first time rolling it out, you want feedback, you want testimonials, you want all those things but we’ve had some of our elite members do it with just emails with just a few hand-outs, with 1 or 2 pre-recorded videos and then they email once a week is all the delivery system is. We’ve had other members where they’ve launched higher product offers. But then they have a Facebook group and they went live every week and all those types of things. So you decide what you want to do but creating these new offers or rolling them out once a quarter as a group thing has always been a great way to infuse cash.
We just did a clinic-wide detox, we often will do a clinic-wide detox once a quarter, and the last one we did was sold 20 tubs of powder in a weekend, it was insane. And the number 1 reason why was because we said we were doing it as a team with these people. They didn’t all do it with us, but they liked the idea of doing it as a group. So if you have a new meal plan idea, a skincare idea, a weight-loss idea, an elimination diet idea, a going gluten-free diet idea, a hormone reset idea something along those lines. Put it together quickly, we always use Canva for our handouts, write up a few emails, sell it for maybe $97 at most to just the beta members, to just kind of get people in. See if it’s worthwhile testing and promote it to your list, promote it on social media. Give them a week to buy in but only a week, we’ve done it in Monday to Friday typically do one email out on Monday, one email out on Wednesday, two on Friday. And the program actually starts the following Monday, and it crushes. And now you’re going to get up all in your head and think it needs to be perfect. But that’s the beauty of creating these beta entry-level programs. It could literally be bare-bones, it could just be your idea, maybe all you do show up in a Facebook group and these beta members know. That’s why we’re getting at a huge discount in exchange for feedback and testimonials.
And then the second time around, you make it better, the third time around you make it better, and the fourth time you make it better. But don’t worry about those times, worry about just getting it out now. These are all quick cash infusions that work for us, we do them quarterly it’s worked for our elite members. It’s worked from our maximized practitioner members, it just requires you to take action. And my favorite part about all of these things. So you’re listening to this content now you could literally get your ideas going right as I’m talking to you right now. Execute it dirty over the next couple of hours and launch it on Monday, or launch it your very next practice day or whatever you want. There’ve been days in my practice where I’ve had literally a 15 min appointment and that’s all I had booked for the day. And so I will come up with these quick cash infusions on the fly and we will always find a way to make that revenue, and always finds a way to meet weekly targets and all those things. You just have to put it out there, you have to put a timeline on it and you have to really give people a reason to want to purchase this.
So if it’s too expensive, they might not want to do it if it’s something brand new if you’re only offering 5% off on your products, it’s not a big enough sale for people to take action and if you write too much in an email it’s starting to look to wordy and it looks like you’re trying too hard. So I’m going to recap these 5 quick cash infusions that all of you can do literally within the next 24 hours. 1 reach out to your list with a 9-word email, subject line 1-3 words, the body no more than 9 words. 2 combos your products especially seasonal products. 3 combo with your services; offer a short term promo they buy a certain visit or whatever it is they get extra bonuses. That could even be something as simple as a tracker, a journal. A meal plan that has already been recreated. 4 flash sales, definitely make sure that you are offering flash sales. It’s a great way to move stock, it’s a great way to move your inventory and that’s just extra profit and revenue for you and for your business. And then finally launch that offer you’ve been thinking about. You have to launch the 2 thousand dollar offer, you don’t have to go that far. But start launching and getting used to launching these smaller easier to consume offers that are maybe for a week. Maybe 10 days or 7 days detox for 7 days, maybe it’s for 3 weeks maybe it’s for 6. Whatever you want it to be, there is no one that’s going to say it’s the wrong idea, that it’s the wrong price that it’s that or the other. All you have to do is throw it out there, and throw it at a price that you think people would think of it as a no-brainer offer. And then the next time you roll t around, when you have a lot of testimonials and a lot more clout behind it, you can raise your rates.

But if you don’t start small and you don’t start in a comforting place we’re it builds up your confidence and gives you a bit of a cash infusion. It tends to be a harder climb, so start practicing this. Put it on your schedule, this quarter this is what my quick cash infusion offer is going to be.
