Hey, guys, thanks for tuning in to another episode of the podcast I am currently in my vehicle off to pick up my kids, I find I get the most clarity of thought when I’m in my car. So, a lot of our podcast episodes are recorded in the car. But it’s also the first snowfall of the season. And it’s really, of course, bringing up that Christmas is around the corner and the magic of Christmas. It also means that December is around the corner, which is the end of the year. And this is also a great time to reflect on how this year went for you. And that’s something that I sit on. And I’m so grateful to my team that we do our gratitude. Every huddle, we have four huddles a week, we do gratitude, every month, we do gratitude every quarter. Because it allows you to take that opportunity to reflect because life happens fast. And so often we forget a lot of the amazing things that actually happened to us this year. And or don’t take a moment to recognize what you did what you learned, what you accomplished, and actually sit in that silence and really reflect on the thankfulness and the amazement that you have in yourself.
What I wanted to remind you of is that goal setting is absolutely essential when it comes to keeping pace and setting those mile markers for your success. That is why our 190-37-1plan that we do within our team that we teach our maximized practitioner members is literally the pace, it’s the heartbeat of our entire business. And I am so proud to say that this is the first year that we are not only going to meet every goal that we set, but we are actually going to exceed it. This is the first year in a business where we set a goal. And we were actually going to crush it, which is so exciting. In fact, it’s even more exciting because it’s during a pandemic. So, this year would have just been way more amazing had we not lost pretty much all of the first quarter of this year. And there were also exercises that I did in March. And I said OKAY, I want to have a $500,000 year, I want to have, 200 more members inside the MPP program. I wanted to build my team, I wanted to stay outside of consultations. And I wanted my family to travel to luxurious locations. And I also wanted a Tesla. I have been wanting a Tesla since 2014, since I joined BBD, which was basically my first introduction to the online world and how to grow your business online. And we still use a lot of those online tactics to grow and, you know, get our new patients in and nurture them and all of that. And I didn’t even think of vehicles cars are really not my bag. My husband Scott really loves his sport vehicles like he’s a Corvette guy. Since we just went to the electric vehicle place, I think we might have converted him into a lotus guy. So, we’ll see how that all goes down. But it wasn’t even on my radar. And James Wedmore at the time was like, I want a Tesla. I love Tesla. I love everything about it. So this was again, like almost a decade ago. This is like eight years ago. And as soon as he said it, and these events happen to me all the time, as soon as somebody in plants a seed that I am 100% in alignment with, and the universe is like this is what you need to pay attention to it like it stays in my brain and I have been feeding that dream. For eight years, I’ve been really, really focused on it all of this year, every time I see a Tesla drive by, I imagined myself in it. Every time I see a Tesla parked in the parking lot, I always say, okay, someday this is going to be my car that I’m going to walk up to. And what I’m trying to say, and I’m going to share my really exciting news, which I’m sure you can already foreshadow is that all of the goal-setting all of the manifesting all of the ones that you create, you can build all the vision boards, you can do all the journaling, I never leave it up to happenstance, I never leave it up to like coincidence or anything like that. I have fully leaned into that, I can manifest anything that I want to but or I should say, and I need to take the action in order to make that happen.
So back in March, I told my business advisor, I was looking for coaches to mentor me, and when they said, What is it that you want in the next six months? What do you want this year to really feel like, this was your biggest success, I said, I want my Tesla by December, and I want to pay for it, like with all of my money, like I don’t want to get into financing, I just want to put pay it in cash. And like just buy it outright. And that was my vision for the entire year. And of course, what comes up with that is frig, you want a six-figure vehicle, which would be the single most biggest investment I’ve ever made for myself. So, it’s not like buying a house where it’s for your family or your partner is kind of like splitting the bills. This would be all me 100%, six-figure investment. And I had to work through a lot of the limiting beliefs around what that meant, you know, will I go into debt? Is this a really poor choice? Is this just like a frivolous dream. And there’s one thing that came up as I’ve been working in the manifestation babe Academy with Katherine’s and Kina that stuck with me. And I kind of forgot about it until this weekend. And that was, you know, she is all about manifesting. And she makes like $5 million with all of her launches. And she just went all-in on universal and energy work, which has been my whole mantra for this year. And she said, there was a moment where she was driving her regular car, it was paid off, it was working just fine. There are no problems with it. And she just got this download one day that it was time for her to upgrade her vehicle. And so, she went from having just a regular old car to buying her first high-end vehicle and Audi R8. And what she said next was really what excited me the most. And again, I kind of like put it in the back of my mind left into my subconscious and didn’t really lean into it as like my sign. But she said when we bought that Audi R8, that was the changing point, to when we started really upgrading our life when we really started showing up to our business in a different way when we really started leaning into the lifestyle that we’ve been dreaming about that she was aspiring to have. So again, let it go. I remembered my vision was December 2021. I want my Tesla and I wanted to have enough net revenue in the bank to pay for it outright. Those are my two things out of nowhere. Scott was like, babe, why don’t you just you know, get it. Why don’t you just get your Tesla. This happened literally three days ago. He was like, why don’t you just get it like what are you what’s holding you back? And literally, nothing came up in my brain. My ego didn’t come up. My subconscious was totally quiet, which is when my subconscious mind is totally quiet. That usually means like, listen, listen to what’s going on in your world right now because this is what you asked for. And no resistance either.
And literally in 72 hours, I went online, I found a website. I just messaged them over Instagram, and I said hey, I’m looking for a model x with full autopilot. I want all the works. Do you have one that’s used to buying new Right now is ridiculous because they just jacked the price. And used vehicles when it comes to Tesla, like the year actually doesn’t matter because it’s basically a computer on wheels. So, I was like I’m so happy to buy used. And there was they had one, black Model X, with a full autopilot with black rims on the lot, and it had been there for two weeks. And it was available, there was only one of them. So, I was like, okay, just on a lark, because I’m kind of like leaning into this, I’m going to go and spend the afternoon and talk to the sales guy and take it for a test drive and all these things. And again, nothing came up in my brain being like, this is a bad investment, you need to wait, you know, this isn’t safe, you’re going to get into financial trouble and get all stressed out. And when I took that car for a drive, I still can’t get the smile off my face. Like the things that these cars do, brings me so much joy, that I feel I would be doing myself a disservice to not get it. But still, the price tag is there. Right?
So, I then started, and this is what I always do to kind of reconfirm to myself that I’m committed is that I started sharing on Instagram, I took a whole video of it. I shared with my sister I shared with friends. And I was just like, I think I’m going to get this I think that I’m going to buy this car. And again, no one came up with any level of resistance. No one was like, Oh, that’s a lot of money, or can you afford it or anything like that everyone was just like, cool, balling like, good for you. And then the parent test. So I’d already passed the friend test, I’d pass the husband test. And now it was the parent test. My mom comes by and picks up the girls yesterday. And I told them very secretly, could you get the girls a little bit earlier? Because Scott and I have an appointment in Oakville. And so she was just like, Well, where are you guys off to? What are you doing in Oakville? I know you have an appointment. And you know, you had that moment where you’re like, should I keep this a secret from my mom, like what she going to say blah, blah, blah. And I was like, No, I’m going all in to this decision, I am owning that this is what I want. And we’re just going to let it ride. And I told them, I was like, Yep, we’re off to this car dealership who has a used Model X Tesla. And we’re thinking about buying it. And again, Mom was just like, that’s so cool. We are going to get an electric vehicle ourselves, the next time we get a car, we are just talking about that today. And no one gave any level of resistance. So, we go back. And now I did decide to apply for financing, simply because I mean, it doesn’t really make a difference how they get their money. And it’s an open loan. So, I can, you know, dump a ton of money and shorten our financing window. But I will have my Tesla Model X by next week, which is December, it’s the beginning of December for 2021.
And as I’m saying this, I’m feeling like tears coming up behind my eyes because it was a pipe dream. It was something that I just put on my dream board and knew one day like maybe after I’m 40 I can afford it. Maybe Maybe maybe. And this is something this story. The reason why I’m sharing this with you is had I not put it out there. Had I not leaned into someone being like, Well, why not? Why can’t you do this? Why can’t you figure it out like you’re good. And met with zero resistance, I’m going to go for it. I’m going to invest in the biggest investment of my entire life, which is going to bring me so much happiness and so much joy. And I am so looking forward to just upgrading my life.
So, when it comes to your goals when it comes to what you want to achieve when it comes to what you want, a lot of people are reaching out to me just because they’re like, I want to build a team. I want to get out of the one-on-one consultations. The only reason that happened was because I stopped wishing for it. And I just started hiring people. And I’m also so thrilled to say that we just hired on a new project manager who I’m kind of vetting to be our COO eventually. And I am just like she’s a huge reason for why I feel so stress-free. Why I’m not totally anxious. Every single person on our team is the perfect fit for our team. And I created that I made that happen. I put the ads out, I did the hiring, I created the onboarding structure, I work on myself as a team leader every single day, I made that happen. So, everything that’s on my vision board will only happen because of the action that I take, because of the fearlessness that I engage with these visions, because I have created them as non-negotiables. Like this will happen.
So, Scott was looking at one of the Lotus sports cars at the same dealership, and we thought Lotus was like, you know, quarter of a mil, and this one was 109,000. And we were just like, what, it’s even cheaper than a Corvette. And it’s cooler, it’s unique. And that’s what I really love is I don’t like following the trends, I kind of like to have my own spin on the trends. So now I’m like, babe, give me a year, I will get you that Lotus, I promise. And I fully believe that to be true. Like, I don’t think that was lip service like we are going to now upgrade our lives in such a fantastic way.
And this is exactly what you can have. But you can’t have it constantly wishing or journaling it or asking for it. The universe will reward you by making your path effortless and, and resistance lists. But you have to then take the action and walk the steps and do the things and trust that it will all be okay. And I know that this is 100% feasible for you. I know, you can manifest and create whatever style of business is what your dream wants. I don’t need to be a millionaire. That’s not what drives me. I just want to have the luxury items when I want them. When we go on vacation, I want to upgrade to business class and go into a private villa. Like that is where my dreams are now for our life. It’s not so much about the business anymore. It’s now how can I serve my life and my family and my memories. And that is everything that I want for you.
