Hey guys, Andrea here. Thank you so much for listening to this week’s episode, we are on episode 171 and we are going to be talking about maximizing your messaging today. And I was so grateful that Brandon Lucero who created the 4X video effect, was able to give us an hour of his time inside the maximized practitioner program and talk about messaging and the difference between old way of doing massaging that everyone is still doing and adopting a new way of messaging with thought reversals and connection videos and setting up your Facebook Ads so that you really get more of that attraction and engagement and actually start a movement with your people. And that is really where the future of marketing and messaging is going. And a lot of those principles, I’m fortunate to be a coach inside his million-dollar mentorship program.
A lot of the principles we are also using inside the maximized practitioner program to help our students stand out above everybody else in the niche, and stop being another face in the crowd. Stop talking about the things that everybody else is talking about in your industry. And the best way to do that is to show up authentically to create a unique branded solution. And to continue to refer back to that unique branded solution every time we go live, every time we post on social media, every time we write an email, every time you describe a case study. Everything comes back to this unique branded solution or methodology that you are going to create inside of your business. And so I’m going to break it down what it looks like, and then of course if you want support with that, and you really want to nail this down. We can talk about how the maximized practitioner program might be the right fit for you. And we always have our waitlist available for you, we are not open for enrollment right now. But we also just released the maximized practitioner handbook, which goes on to talk about all three pillars of the maximized practitioner program. Pillar 1 is a foundational experience where you really develop your confidence, and your skills, and really understand the value that you provide to your audience. Then pillar 2 is the system business essentials, where systemizing and automating all of the things in our business. As much as we humanly can to get your time freedom back. And with that comes creating your brand and strategy, your unique branded solution, and really honing it in your messaging. And then finally pillar 3 is modernized marketing where we’re using Facebook Ads in the right way that doesn’t cost you $50 a day. Minimum to run, we’re talking like the penny is on the engagement. But to give you a sneak peek, something that you can start working on today.
I wanted to go over how that methodology works. It’s the exact methodology that allowed me to rebrand what once was the ‘maximize your clinic course’ to now the maximized practitioner program. And within my clinic, I also use that same strategy to create the gap protocol and the maximized health method. And you’ll see a lot of people that are using the same type of thing, where they are branding a methodology, a protocol, an approach. And that is what makes people want to engage with you. Whenever you hear of something new or novel it entices people to be curious, they want to learn more, and they usually will opt-in because they think it’s a brand new thing. And the best example I love to give is the dieting industry is a billion-dollar industry. And you walk into any bookstore and there are thousands upon thousands of books on different diets. There’s the China study, then there’s the wheat belly diet, then there’s the raw food diet, then there’s the juice diet, then there’s x,y, or z diet. You name it, everyone has a diet. And we know that there’s no cookie-cutter approach to any diet, otherwise, there would be one book on this shelf for that person would be a multi-trillionaire. However, the reason why there are so many books on the shelf and why people are buying them is because it’s a new and novel approach. And people are hoping that that new and novel approach which again, still stemming off of the same fundamental principles of dieting is going to be the one that works for them. Right? So with us, and we know in the healthcare industry everyone works on digestion, everyone works on hormones, everyone works on the thyroid, everyone encompasses those elements into their treatment plan.
And so, in order for me to stand out, we created the gap protocol, which took me 2 weeks to have let that come to me and I was coming up with different acronyms. I wanted it to sound good and scientific but not like a pun or something like that. And I also Google searched and saw ‘is anybody using GAP for anything online that they are branding.’ And the answer is ‘no’ therefore the gap protocol instantly became what I was known for. And the best part about this is now I have a strong anchor every time I go on to social media, every time I describe what it is that I do. I have the exact words to use because I’m only ever referring back to elements or the entire gap protocol methodology every time I talk to somebody. And what that does is allows me to clearly state what it is that I do. So you know that elevator speech that everyone talks about and you have to be able to do it in 30 seconds. Well, most of the time practitioners have no idea how to do it because we don’t know what sets us apart from our industry. And now I can clearly say ‘I help patients maximize their health by going through the steps with the gap protocol, which has got adrenal thyroid’ and once we’ve gone through those elements, always focus on the gap first, then your hormones, then the thyroid false in to lying we’ll get you in a maintenance plan that you can now use to keep those results as long as humanly possible. And we’re like ‘okay. Sweet that makes sense. I need that.’ They’re raising their hand, they’re commenting on our videos and on our posts. They are taking action which is exactly what I want them to do.
It also clearly shows that I have a system, that I have something that I’ve created that works, that I’m organized. So that when these people will start to work with me, they’ll know they’re in great hands. They know that they’re with someone who’s got their sh*t together, that knows what it is that you’re doing and they have a strategy that’s going to help them. And a strategy that they can visualize is as well that makes sense to them. And that is what the power is behind that unique branded solution. So what we recommend that you do, and again this is coming from my training with Brandon Lucero and definitely as I mentorship coach with regards to methodology and avatars. We always want to start with the struggling avatar. So the struggling avatar or the struggling patient or client is much different than filling out a document of who your ideal client avatar is. I am fully against that piece of homework that a lot of courses have you do. They’re like ‘okay, start with your ICA and download this pdf and write in all the things about this person that you want to be attracted to.’ And the reality is, is everyone that has done that pdf rarely attracts that person because that person doesn’t exist. Nor are people going to be attracted to you because you filled out that pdf. Right? More often than not, we are the struggling avatar. More often than not we have gone through the journey of the people that we want to attract. And we are again, just 10, 20, 50 steps ahead of them. And so, when we start to really break down who our struggling avatar is, what their beliefs are, what their limiting beliefs are, what the things that are keeping them stuck are and we can talk to them now at that four-layer deep emotional level. More often than not, there’s a lot of elements in there that are pretty much mirroring your journey. Or if they’re not your journey, let’s say you’re ideal target audience is fertility and you had not any issues with fertility but you know a few key people and everything about them. What their limiting beliefs are, they’ve been brainwashed to believe based on social norms, or industry norms, or whatever. You can usually pick out one or two people that you had just the most tremendous success with and use them as your struggling avatar.
But the point of the matter is these people are starting out on this journey before they enter into your unique branded solution. And they are living beings, they’re not a downloadable pdf, they’re not something that you can just fill out in just 10 minutes. And then all of the sudden all of these people are just flocking to you in droves. What typically happens when we start to implement messaging the way that I’m describing today, in the way that our students do inside the program. Is that these people naturally just start connecting with you. And I just want to be a part of your world. And everything that you could expect or want from these people happen. Because the way you are showing up now with your emails, with your videos, with your messaging, it is such a different, more human, authentic, really breaking down the emotional barriers that these people just become part of your movement. They become part of your tribe almost instantly and they will follow you everywhere. And that is where a lot of the people that are really successful in your industry, that is what they’re doing. If they’re creating some level of movement, some level of ‘you can’t get this anywhere else other than with me and my company.’ And that is what you need to strive to do.
And I’m not saying that this is going to make you a millionaire, that’s not the point. But what it’s going to do, is it’s going to make pillar 2 which is the business essentials that systemizing, and automation, and driving that consistency of bookings and revenue which I know is something we all want. It’s going to make it so much easier. And then the whole game of social media also becomes way easier because you always have as I’ve said an anchor, landing point to always jump off to get people to understand the magic that you provide. So you’re going to identify your struggling avatar based on beliefs, based on limiting beliefs, based on what the industry norms are that they’re following and kind of relate it back to your life or a key patient or client success that you’ve had. Then you’re going to put in your unique branded solution, your unique branded solution is going to have either something protocol, systems, methodology. I love to use maximize as you know so that was a very easy one for me to create. But there is some semblance of a flow or system or something that you’re already doing in your business. That you can just easily put together into one concise methodology. And then within that methodology, there should be three or four key pillars. And those key pillars are not the framework to which your patients or clients go to work with you. It is more just larger umbrella terms to which everything else falls under. So for us under ‘g’ forgat is for all of the diagnostic testings we would do for digestive health. All of the protocols that we would run, the different conditions that we are identifying, and the different lab tests that we would do diagnostically in office as well as referring out. As well as the treatment items that we would do, the supplements that we might use, all of those things are included under ‘g’. So under your pillar, you could have multiple different things. In fact, you could have three sub pillars under your main pillar heading.
The point is you need to have again, three main or four main areas to which everything falls under, and they all kind of have a flow. So usually pillar one is going to feed into two is going to feed into three. And so, take time to create this while it sounds simple, while it sounds easy, while it sounds so logical it is something that you do need to sit with. As I said, it took me about two weeks to come up with the gap protocol. Just sitting in the silence, and then thinking, and letting it come to me and then writing it down and running it by people. And really finding a solution that I really resonated with, so don’t rush this process. And then finally once you’re struggling avatar has gone through your unique branded solution and into becoming that future paste hero which is the transformed version of themselves. What does that look like? What is their name? What are the new identities that they possess? What are the new beliefs that they have? And this completes the entire transformation or the entire messaging piece of what you are now going to use. Immediately create your own niche within your industry. Because no one is going to use the language that you’re using, no one is going to use the terminology that you’re using and no one is going to use the methodology that you’re using. And that’s what makes this so powerful.
